Sustainability

Embedding eco-conscious practices at every level, hereby forging a path toward manufacturing that’s a force for environmental stewardship.

Where We Stand Today

SUSTAINABLE FABRICS

We prioritize sustainable sourcing by using OEKO-TEX® Standard 100-certified fabrics and integrating recycled polyester and organic cotton into our products to replace virgin resources and reduce our environmental footprint.

RESOURCEFUL DESIGN THINKING

We create designs that squeeze the most out of every fabric roll, reducing waste while maintaining product integrity throughout production.

ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING

As of 2024, we have made the shift to recyclable paper-based packaging for all our products, reducing waste and supporting circularity.

ENERGY-SMART MANUFACTURING

We have designed our factory’s design to maximize natural light, reducing the reliance on artificial lighting and limiting the use of air conditioning for machines in the summer, and we have outfitted the facility with LED lighting to further support energy savings.

WASTE REDUCTION VIA QUALITY CONTROL

We are an ISO 9001-certified factory, where strict quality control reduces production defects and waste, while our commitment to continuous improvement drives efficiencies in both material use and energy consumption.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY PARTNERSHIPS

We work with a recycling organization to ensure all waste materials are processed responsibly and recycled, not sent to landfills.

CERTIFIED FOR SUSTAINABLE EXCELLENCE

We meet the rigorous standards of OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, WRAP Gold, Higg Index, and ISO 14001:2015, which validate our commitment to creating safe and sustainable textiles, prioritizing social responsibility, and implementing structured environmental management systems.

Where We’re Headed

RENEWABLE ENERGY INTEGRATION

Solar panels will supply 20% of our factory’s energy needs by 2028, with expansion plans set to reach 50% by 2030.

SUSTAINABLE FABRIC FOCUS

70% of the materials we use will be sustainable by 2027, focusing on organic and recycled options.

PLASTIC-FREE PACKAGING

90% of our packaging is now paper-based. We use plastic only where essential — for dust protection in on-street stores — and we’re on track to fully phase it out by 2030.

ZERO-WASTE PACKAGING

A 30% reduction in packaging waste will be achieved by 2025, driven by optimizing material use, eliminating unnecessary packaging components, and transitioning to lightweight, recyclable alternatives.

CLOSED-LOOP RECYCLING

Recycled materials will be reintegrated into the production process by 2027, completing a fully operational closed-loop system.

GREEN TEAMWORK

Waste reduction will be incentivized, with clear targets for a 10% decrease annually through employee engagement and eco-friendly practices.

SUSTAINABILITY AWARENESS DRIVE

A company-wide sustainability education program will be launched by 2025, making eco-conscious practices a core part of the culture, while a customer recycling program will be introduced to incentivize sock recycling and promote circularity.

SECURING KEY CERTIFICATIONS

GOTS and GRS certifications will be attained by Q3 2025, underscoring the commitment to using safe and sustainable materials.
