Do you offer international shipping?

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done before production starts. However, any sample or setup fees will be non-refundable. After production begins, we are unable to accept cancellations.

As a B2B manufacturer, returns and exchanges aren’t available due to the nature of bulk production and international shipping. However, we have a thorough quality control process to ensure your order meets your expectations, entailing:
